Life is filled with seasons of change, and while some transitions bring joy, they can also bring unexpected challenges. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting, life stress, or the emotional changes that come with pregnancy and parenthood, you don’t have to do it alone.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves. I believe that every person’s story is unique, and because of that, therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and tailor each session to meet your individual needs, strengths, and goals.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals and families during the perinatal period and am currently completing my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I look forward to specializing in helping clients navigate fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, identity changes, and the many emotional experiences that can accompany the transition into parenthood.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is not to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and support. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move toward the life you want to live.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your family, or your journey into parenthood, I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow and heal.
