Welcome! I believe therapy is a space to discover a deeper sense of wholeness and connection. I strive to bring a genuine, supportive, and compassionate presence to our work, and I invite you to show up exactly as you are.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma and eating disorders. I view our work together not as a project of fixing what is "broken," but as a process of understanding your experiences, harnessing the strengths you already carry, and getting curious about what's possible.
Our therapeutic relationship is built on warmth and collaboration as we explore how your history and the systems around you have shaped your world. I work to honor your agency and innate wisdom as you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Within this space, I integrate various evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We move together at your pace toward a life that feels most authentic and meaningful to you.
I work with adults (18+) and provide an affirming space for the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals. Whether you are navigating significant life transitions, feelings of anxiety and depression, or the ongoing impact of trauma and your relationship with food and body, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you.
When I’m not working, I enjoy being out in nature, spending time with my cat and loved ones, listening to music, diving into creative projects, or getting cozy and catching up on a good TV series.
