About Mina Reyes LCPC
Mina Reyes LCPC (She/Her)
Owner, Mindful Living LLC
Short term brainspotting sessions only available at this time.
Throughout my journey assisting in healing over the last fifteen years I have enjoyed working with individuals, families, and couples struggling to cope with both their internal and external worlds. I believe we all have the power to heal, and carry that power within us. Sometimes we need held space and attunement to be able to access our own healing wisdom. I hope to provide that space for you and walk alongside you during your journey.
I primarily work with clients struggling with anxiety, coping issues, relationship issues, disordered eating, eating disorders, and trauma. My goal is to meet you where you are, assist in exploring ways to live more mindfully, peacefully and create a space for you to access your own wisdom.
I primarily draw from ACT, Self-Compassion, and IFS concepts to assist clients. I also offer Brainspotting to provide a non-talk therapy based model for those who are looking for a different healing relationship. Brainspotting utilizes specific eye positions to help clients access, process, and release difficult thoughts or feelings that are stored in the body and brain.
I believe in the healing power of nature, dogs, and laughter, and look forward to helping you discover what is healing for you.
