Telehealth only

I’m a therapist of 15+ years specializing in helping adults navigate ADHD, generalized anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the version of themselves they once knew—or the life they hoped they’d be living. My approach is grounded in values-based therapy, helping clients reconnect with what truly matters to them beneath the noise of stress, expectation, and self-doubt. Together, we work to clarify direction, rebuild trust in oneself, and create practical, sustainable changes that support a more grounded and intentional life.

I also believe that cultivating a solid support system is essential for building a strong therapeutic foundation, as mental health struggles can leave people feeling distanced and isolated from their support people and loved ones. I hope to help clients create and find a network of support that helps them feel loved, safe, and supported.

I am an ADHD-CCSP Provider. Do not hesitate to reach out to me with any inquiries or questions. I very much look forward to hearing from you!
